3. Products

All products are food items subject to applicable federal and state regulations, manufactured by Widiana's LLC in an FDA Registered Facility (#12426187210). Descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. All prices are in US Dollars. We accept major credit cards via Stripe and PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from Indianapolis, Indiana within 1–3 business days. Standard US delivery: 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs delays on international orders. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged items in original packaging. Opened food products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Full details on our Return & Refund Policy page.

7. Product Usage & Food Safety

• Check ingredient lists for allergen information before consuming
• Refrigerate all products after opening
• Consume before the Best By date printed on each product (Best By: Feb 14, 2027)
• Keep out of reach of small children

We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow usage instructions or from undisclosed allergies.

8. Intellectual Property

WIDIANA'S™ is a registered trademark (Reg. No. 8,133,661 — Class 30). WB Spices is an authorized reseller of Widiana's LLC products under Letter of Authorization LOA-2026-001. All website content including logos, images, and product descriptions is the intellectual property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stil Ki Fel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance.
